We have been a client of Tactica Partners since October 2007. At this time we had been using an accountant that essentially just dealt with our compliance work, however our business had grown to the point where we felt we needed to get involved with a more proactive accounting business that could assist us in other areas of our business.
Since joining Tactica Partners we have certainly found them eager to be involved in our business. They have made consistent efforts to speak with us and very early on we engaged them to help us develop a Profit and Loss Budgeting spreadsheet that enabled us to track our actual to budget results.
More recently, following the sale of our business, we were able to use Tactica to help us plan for the tax treatment of the resulting capital gain. Tactica were able to provide us with a detailed letter of advice which helped us to understand our entitlement to use the small business capital gains concessions and also provided us with some further strategies to help reduce our potential tax liability.
Finally, as part of our goal to purchase a new business we have recently engaged Tactica Partners to manage our due diligence process.
In all of our dealings with Tactica Partners we have been very pleased with the proactive level of communication together with the timely delivery of their services. We have come to trust their technical ability and are keen to use them in helping us with all facets of our business activities.
